YourWinningTurn.com is a FREE-TO-PLAY social gaming platform for entertainment purposes ONLY. No real money is involved. No gambling. Virtual credits have no monetary value and cannot be withdrawn, traded, or exchanged for cash or goods. You must be 18 years or older to use this Platform.
01 — ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
§ 1.0By accessing, browsing, or using the YourWinningTurn.com platform (hereinafter "the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and YourWinningTurn.com Interactive ("Company", "we", "us", "our").
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those modifications. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and will provide notice of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.
These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including visitors who do not have registered accounts. Certain features of the Platform may be subject to additional terms, which will be presented to you when you access those features.
ELIGIBILITY
§ 2.0You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By using the Platform you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
The Platform is not available in jurisdictions where social gaming platforms are prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
02 — VIRTUAL ECONOMY & CREDITS
§ 3.0The Platform uses a virtual credit system for entertainment purposes only. Virtual credits ("Credits") are a digital in-game currency with absolutely no monetary value. Credits cannot be purchased with real money, exchanged for real money, transferred between accounts, or redeemed for any goods or services outside the Platform.
All Credits are provided by the Company as part of the game experience. Credits are awarded based on gameplay activity and are subject to expiration if an account is inactive for more than 180 consecutive days. The Company reserves the right to modify, reset, or retire Credits at any time without compensation.
The Platform does not constitute gambling as defined by applicable law because: (i) no real money is wagered; (ii) no real money or item of real-world value can be won; (iii) the virtual credits used have no monetary value; (iv) the games are for entertainment purposes only.
Players acknowledge that outcomes in skill and entertainment games on the Platform are determined by random number generators (RNGs) and physics simulations for entertainment purposes. Past performance does not indicate future results. The Platform provides a starting balance of 1,000 Credits to all new users, which refreshes periodically to ensure continuous gameplay.
03 — USER CONDUCT
§ 4.0You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

04 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
§ 5.0All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, software, code, and the overall "look and feel" of the Platform, is the exclusive property of YourWinningTurn.com Interactive or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform.
The SamuraiX name, logo, characters, and world design are trademarks of YourWinningTurn.com Interactive. Unauthorised use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.
05 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
§ 6.0The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Platform.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Company's registered jurisdiction, unless local law requires otherwise.
